Specializes is not quite the word that I would use but certainly someone who’s trained and hopefully someone who’s experienced. It is a skillset. It takes a lot for lawyers to make this shift and I would say it’s not for sissies because we hold a lot of tension until the parties can calm down and put their rationale brains back on and then get to the point where they really want to be, the people they want to be after this process.
