I do both collaborative work and litigation work, and on the litigation stream, if you will, there are some that are less involved, some that are extremely involved in contentious, and then there’s all sorts of in between, but I do both kinds of cases and my – I try to do a good job of making the clients aware of the different choices and then letting the clients, with my help, pick the one they think is best for them, that best suits them.
