So I think it’s important that they just present information to them, and it can either come through them, it can come through me. I think it’s good if it comes through them and they can provide information in the form of websites for them, for the other party to go and learn about it and understand that I think it’s important that the other party try and find a lawyer who’s open to collaborative law, preferably somebody who’s done it, is experienced in it and trained in it, but it doesn’t always have to be that way. I mean you can still have a lawyer who hasn’t really done it, and you can still make it work, but that’s kind of the way I approach it in general with my clients in terms of communicating with the other party.
