A moderate risk joint venture is something where you’re really sharing one or two things between you and a partner, so there may be – you’re sharing specific aspects of R&D, or you are doing a franchise or franchisee relationship, where you as a franchisor, are giving certain types of information to someone who will be essentially working as a third party contractor, but under your brand and logo. Think McDonald’s.
