I wouldn’t wanna make a prediction as to whether we’d actually sue or not. I generally don’t believe in suing for defamation. The future of the company is gonna be determined in the marketplace and by the science. It’s not gonna be determined by the Wall Street Journal. So, I think that suing is always disruptive. It’s always a distraction. The journalism here has been so bad that they deserve to be sued, but I’m always reluctant to bring one of those lawsuits.
Because in the final analysis, lawsuits rarely resolve issues. What’s gonna resolve this issue is the science, the marketplace, the company’s being successful in Arizona, doctors are happy, patients are happy. They’re getting faster, more reliable, less invasive blood testing. That’s what will determine the future of the company. And I think that’s being determined right now. The science is proving that the company is right. The marketplace is proving that the company’s right. And I think that’s a more effective way.
But I wouldn’t foreclose it. I wouldn’t foreclose it.
