And you know, there are a number now. Anyway, a restaurant that thought of itself as a high-end burger place found out that one of the delivery services had decided to post itself as the delivery service for the restaurant without asking the restaurant.

It wasn’t even like the restaurant wanted to get paid for that. The restaurant owner was concerned that he had lost control of his food and didn’t want any delivery service at all.

And so, he brought suit against the delivery service essentially for trademark infringement, for using his client’s menu and trademarks on its website in order to attract business for food delivery. And that ended very well for their side, let’s say.
