In addition to some of the more classic cases here in the United States, once in a while you get an outlier and this situation, which I thought was very interesting we were forced to bring in outside counsel in Canada and work with them very closely because Canadian law is a little bit more favorable for employers than employees. And in this case, the senior executive, one of their top people was basically fired but not given the kind of compensation package that he really was due and that was in millions of dollars. And we were able to settle that case with help of Canadian counsel although we did all the heavy lifting and used our focus to really get a deep understanding of the facts and negotiated that and were able to get a good settlement for the client.
