There is a very memorable legal malpractice case that stands out. It involved a claim of legal malpractice and fraud against a major law firm. It related to real estate transactions that happened where this law firm was representing the person who put these deals together in Florida and Georgia. And we were able to at least convince the jury that my client should prevail and that the law firm participated in the fraud with the person who put these deals together as well as committed malpractice.

I have to, in full disclosure, say that that judgment in our favor was ultimately reversed by the court of appeal primarily on the grounds that damages weren’t proven to the requisite degree of certainty, and the case has since concluded.
