As Doug and I have discussed, an important philosophy with representing injured people is the caring about people, ‘cause both Doug and I pride ourselves on that. We’re people who take the time and listen. We think we have outstanding staff that does that, too. When people call in, they can be anxious. They can be in pain, and we really take the time to counsel. Being a lawyer and being a law firm is not just about giving legal advice and spitting out law and statutes. It’s about dealing with people and their lives and knowing who they are, and I think our firm is very different on that accord than many other firms.
