Well personally I do lawyer’s work on a contingency basis, so really clients don’t pay anything at all for the processing of their case. The only way the attorneys get paid for these cases are if we provide successful results. So, unless a case is won, the attorney doesn’t expect any compensation at all from our clients. We provide all the services and provide all the expenses for those services, including expertise and everything’s that covered. And unless we’re successful, do the clients ever have to pay the attorney and it comes from a share percentage of the actual recovery.
So really clients who are seriously injured or have experienced trauma or whatever or whoever comes to us, they can get excellent representation and not have to pay upfront at all. It comes out of the results of the case.
Austin, TX personal injury attorney Lulu Flores explains how much it costs to hire a personal injury lawyer.
