When it comes to contracts, some clients are more adept than others at negotiating.  And so, if a client comes to me with the general terms of a contract, whether it be an employment contract or a lease, it’s a lot easier for me to then put it into writing.  And so, of course, that saves a lot of time and expense on the client’s part.

I’m also very happy to take the reins at the negotiating part, too.  But with my experience, it’s pretty rare that I have to reinvent the wheel, so to speak.  And so usually we can be pretty efficient.
