Portland, OR family law attorney Zach Fruchtengarten talks about his experience in handling high net-worth cases. The bulk of the attorney’s practice involves representing either the spouse or the business owner, particularly in cases that involve real estate. This focus has been consistent throughout their career, originating from their education and prior work experience before transitioning into family law. Consequently, they were able to begin handling such cases immediately.

The majority of the cases involve complex assets, often related to bankruptcies, and require collaboration with forensic accountants. The attorney also works with various types of appraisers for business and real estate valuations. This emphasis on complex asset cases has been a significant aspect of their practice from the very beginning.
