While my firm does a lot of litigation, it’s one of our big practice areas, I can say that I generally will encourage people not to litigate as much as possible. Sometimes is it necessary? Yes. I mean, first of all, if one person instigates litigation, you have no choice but you’re involved in the process, and, secondly, there’re times when people are just so incredibly unreasonable they need a judge to basically tell them what’s gonna happen. And then there’re a lotta people who don’t wanna take responsibility for their own decisions, so they wanna have a court make the decision, so that happens a lot.
