The issues with high net worth cases, again, really come down to the fact that there’s such uncertainty in the courts, and that when a client comes in, you want to be able to give them a sense of what’s going to happen. Well, when you’re dealing with people that make millions and millions of dollars a year, or have hundreds of millions of dollars in assets, it’s very hard to sit and say exactly what a judge is going to do. And the other problem that I see in these situations is that a lot of the courts – I don’t want to say have a bias toward the wealthy, but they think that they’re dealing with cases all day long, and they kind of feel like if you’re able to write a check, you should just do so, and not really burden their courtroom when they’re dealing with custody issues and things like that.
