So one example of sexual harassment case that we had about 10 years ago was a woman who came to us, single mother, difficult sort of a job, she wasn’t making a whole lot of money but it was really important for her and her mortgage and her son. And she was being harassed mercilessly by one of the cooks in the restaurant country club including being pushed in with a knife and that kind of thing. And so, we were able to find deep in the background that this gentleman also had some criminal background and we brought that in, we were able to move to the Mass Commission Against Discrimination, which is place that you often bring these kinds of cases. And we received a very successful settlement for her and I think she was happy although, these are the kinds of cases that are very difficult. You know, there’s no recompence for someone where that really happens but it was a good result.
