On occasion I would say more often than not the family home is typically sold through the administration of the estate but on occasion there’s a child that might want that home or sometimes there might be an individual that frankly, just lives with mom and dad and wants to continue to do that. So generally, there’s always a provision within a will or a trust that’s going to dictate how residential property is disposed and being clear about how that’s addressed if it’s a priority is very important. Otherwise, it would just be a general asset that’s sold out of the estate.
