Wow, we’ve had a number of matters here at the firm and even beforehand but I think from an employment standpoint, the most significant one I’ve handled alone without the team that we have here has been one I did against Northwest Airlines about, oh gosh, now its 20 years ago but it was a great rewarding experience. It all started because I had an HR manager from a company say, “Hey, can you write a letter for my Uncle Bob, he’s having some problems at work?” Ultimately, that resulted in a $2.6 million verdict against Northwest Airlines, which still today is the largest verdict, I think, in the Eighth Circuit. But it started as something simple just helping a guy with an employment problem and nobody sees these kind of cases coming out as a big case like that one was but it was a good success and a good result for everyone.
