Different start times sometimes help the person who might have a sleep disorder. Additional breaks might help the person with ADHD. A job coach might help the person with some sort of anxiety or communication deficiencies. An alternate schedule, work more collaboratively, work in an environment that has more light, a different office, a different room things of that nature.
