I’d say the number one biggest challenge

in handling a DUI case is when the

client themselves actually may be

innocent full well innocent they may

have had a few drinks you know the

evening that they did uh get pulled over

for a DUI arrest but they may not have

been under the influence and the key

there is either amassing evidence to

prove that they were not under the

influence or trying to attack the

government’s evidence where they do

believe the client may be under the

influence DUIs are very very sensitive

issues and they come with a lot of

nuance and the most challenging one

could be where a client is truly

Innocent but it’s to either attack the

evidence that the government believes

they have to prove that a defendant is

under the influence or trying to amass

evidence that the government doesn’t

have to show that a client was not under

the influence of the time of driving
