It is not a crime to refuse a urine test specifically. Some people feel self-conscious about urinating in front of strangers, and because of that the Implied Consent Law actually provides for if the person says no to a urine test, the officer must offer an alternative test. So the easy answer is no, you don’t have to take a urine test, but you’re going to have to take a test of some sort.
