Other cases, for example, if you’re at a party and your car is blocking another car in somebody’s driveway, and you step out simply to move that vehicle and you back out so another car can leave, even if you stay in the driveway, for whatever reason, if the police were there, you would get a DUI or cited for a DUI under those circumstances.
