Driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of hazardous substances, driving under the influence of a combination of those three things, driving with an alcohol concentration above the prohibited level, commercial vehicles that’s 0.04, regular passenger vehicle that’s a 0.08 or more.
