You know, it depends. On lower level drug cases, you do. There’s a section in the statute called 152.18. It’s a stay of adjudication for first time drug offenders on usually a fifth degree drug case, which is the lowest level of drug case. And you do everything right, and sometimes you can get what they call de novo, or a stay of adjudication. And when you get those results, you have the right – the absolute right – to have it expunged from your record.
