Most of my divorce cases settle. Most divorce cases settle. There are about 20 percent – and of course it depends on which year – but about 20 percent that end up going to trial. Now, that doesn’t mean that a litigated case isn’t going – that 80 percent of litigated cases are not going to go to court at all. Almost all cases with children you end up in court for some temporary orders. Those can be agreed to also. It’s just that’s so early in the case sometimes it’s tougher for people to settle those. But at least 80 percent of them settle before you actually get to a final trial.
