The whole idea behind the automatic orders is to maintain the status quo, to make sure that nobody changes beneficiaries on insurance policies, to make sure that medical insurance is not changed or a party deleted or the children deleted, to make sure the party doesn’t go about dissipating assets and trying to hide things; and if the orders are violated, what was done can be undone. And that is probably the key to the orders and the key to the case law under the orders.
