What I see right now in estate litigation, the big change I see is I’m finding more and more elder abuse. I’m finding more often that elders are susceptible for undue influence and are being taken advantage of by either family members or third parties. In fact, I’m seeing more and more third parties take advantage of elders. I think because of that, you’re seeing more undue influence claims, more fraud claims, and just generally more financial elder abuse.
