I do. Unfortunately, it’s not considered a protected class under the Americans with Disabilities Act yet, and it’s not in California under the Fair Employment and Housing Act yet. I hear that there is talk of adding that. There’s also no discrimination for people who are under 40. I hear a lot of younger workers calling me and saying that this is a basis for discrimination, and the third one I see a lot is when it has to do with drugs. There are allowances to allow you to go out into a rehab program under the federal law, but there is not many protections beyond that.
