want to unintentionally taint a case or
impart information that may or may not
be true if they’re postering we want to
have a clean slate as a firm to be able
to work with our clients and to figure
out exactly what is the best way to
handle their case in order to create our
strategy and to help their reputation we
don’t want there being anything out in
the media that’s going to potentially
harm them and harm their case
