my advice to people facing serious
criminal allegations would
be hire an attorney speak with somebody
so that you have someone in your corner
to help you also to avoid law
enforcement do not speak to anybody they
do not need your help and anything you
say can and will be used against you as
every criminal show on television tells
you that is true and they will use it
against you even if you say innocuous
comments or you believe you’re helping
them show them that you’re not involved
they don’t need your help they really
don’t what you need is help of an
attorney and the attorney can then in
turn potentially speak to law
enforcement on your behalf and that is
where you want to start you also need
someone to help gather the evidence
because you may think that you have all
the information but sometimes extrinsic
evidence evidence that isn’t coming
directly from you is going to be the
most persuasive in a case
