A very simple divorce I would say you’re looking at a minimum $5,000.00. A very complex divorce is gonna just go up from there. My worst case that I have right now, my client has paid over $120,000.00. The way that you can control that is communicating with your attorney, getting your attorney the information that’s needed, working with neutrals. In neutrals we’re talking about jointly appraising the house, jointly valuing a business, working with cash flow with a neutral, trying to do as much of that together as you can, doing non-marital tracing, having the documentation, working with child specialists. Again, it’s communicating with your attorney and that’s the most important thing.
