Well, I get to work with really talented people who are very hardworking, demanding, people who often times have built their own businesses. So when they send an email at 11:00 at night, they expect an answer by 9:00 a.m. I find that my cellphone is the fifth member of our family. It’s always on and I don’t mind that, but the ability and the opportunity to work with people who are very committed to their businesses, to their employees I find very rewarding.
