I’ve handled, unfortunately, ten fatality cases for contractors and probably forty or fifty serious injury cases, as well as just property damage cases. And so when you get that call, particularly on a fatality or serious injury cases, you know that the company has been shaken to its core and there’s gonna be a lot of work to do. Right now, for example, I’m working on the fatality case involved at the Vikings Stadium. And what I can tell you about any fatality or serious injury case, you have to help the company get through the crisis that just occurred. And then there’s, unfortunately, a lot of litigation that follows. So whether it’s dealing with OSHA, Workers’ Comp, personal injury lawsuits, property damage lawsuits, delays on construction projects, the act of the construction accident itself spawns a lot of litigation, and I handle it all from start to finish.
