Well, I handle a variety of construction cases for my clients. Those cases can involve a construction defect, they can involve contractual issues, insurance coverage issues, and personal injuries at a construction site. My approach to handling the case is its all fact specific and fact dependent. The cases are usually involving many parties and so, gathering contracts and documents is crucial to the defense of the case. My involvement usually is with defending a client involved in a lawsuit whether it’s, again, a construction defect case, a personal injury at a site, or a coverage issue it’s a question the for whether the insurance company is going to afford coverage for the loss. And so, my approach is working very closely with the client, again, gathering documents, understanding the documents, making sure things are in place. Again, zealously representing their interest throughout the case.
