No company likes to be involved in lawsuits and commercial litigations so it’s difficult to prevent it but if they have a customer base that they’re comfortable with that they take care of their customers, if they have people in the company that they have long term relationships with and that work well that really helps to minimize it. And any business if you take care of your customer and you bend over backwards for them I think that’s going to minimize your risk of being involved in a lawsuit.
