uh if somebody’s not paying child

support there’s a couple different

options one would be if you’re not

already signed up for automatic income

withholding within the county you could

sign up with your local county which

will allow them to automatically take

the child support from

the payor’s

income from their employer

the other option if you’ve already tried

that

would be to

file a contempt action to ask the court

to hold the person who’s supposed to be

paying in contempt for non-payment of

support

with the consequences

could potentially be jail
