My approach to custody cases is to do
no harm
and to always remember the best interest
of the child is the most
important thing in a custody case
sometimes that means i really have to
fight for the clients
and for their children and other times
it means
i have to educate the clients about
unreasonable expectations
or you know educate them on
developmental issues that they may not
be aware of
related to children so it’s it’s to do
no harm
and to try to do the best uh what would
be the best interest for the children

Sacramento, CA family law attorney Mary Molinaro talks about her approach to handling custody cases. The speaker’s approach to custody cases centers on the principle of doing no harm and consistently prioritizing the best interest of the child. This sometimes necessitates vigorous advocacy for clients and their children, while at other times it involves educating clients about unreasonable expectations or developmental issues of which they may be unaware. The overarching goal is to minimize harm and strive for the best outcomes for the children involved.
