The clinic’s inadequately trained staff used a laser unsuitable for dark skin. Due to the way this laser reacts with darker skin tones, it caused severe burns on her body. Despite expressing concerns during the procedure, the technician ignored her complaints. As a result, she was left with permanent, silver dollar-sized scars from her neck down to her bikini line.
