So I’ve handled hundreds of car wreck cases in my career, and I try to handle each one of them with special attention to my client and the way that the accident has upended their lives. Some of these car accidents are relatively minor, and these people are just looking for repayment of their medical bills and compensation for time off work. But sometimes, the consequences are catastrophic. I’ve represented people who have lost legs in T-bone collisions, for example, and people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries with permanently impaired cognitive functioning.
Every case is different, and what I try to do is meet those people face to face, learn about who they are, learn about the lives they led before they were injured, and find out specifically how this accident has impacted them. I help identify the specific aspects of the accident that have made their lives particularly hard and try to remedy that for them.
