Initially when I was in college I wanted to be an automobile designer and my background was in mechanical engineering. I started doing product liability work with seatbelt failure cases, which we had then, steering failure cases, tire failure cases, brake failures and that. We’ve also done a lot of hazardous environment, fires in the home, poor construction, flooding that was unnecessary all of these things have led to horrible injuries and my mechanical engineering background has been a great resource for me to rely on and other people in my firm to rely on for those cases.
