We had a case where it was really a truck driver and automobile crash case. The automobile driver was passing, which he was allowed to do on a dotted line out in west Texas. And they offered nothing for the case because he was passing the truck that was making a left hand turn. And we were able to show through accident reconstruction that he could see the vehicle making the pass before he started the turn and had plenty of time not to make the turn. Well that caused a rollover collision and the jury awarded two and a half million dollars for the injuries that were sustained in that case. This was in a very conservative area and their offer was a tenth of that at the time of trial.
