A common one is where there may be a lack of a non-competition agreement and the shareholders become embroiled in a dispute. Then one of the shareholders leaves, and she may begin her own competitive company, or go to work for a competitor, or target customers. Very common form of a shareholder dispute.
Also, if there’s self-dealing, that also leads to disputes.
