The types of business legal malpractice cases that I most often see are ones that I frankly won’t take. Because a lot of times I’ll have potential clients call me with situations that they feel amount to malpractice and I listen and I am not convinced that a) either malpractice was committed, or b) that even if there was malpractice that was committed that they couldn’t do something to rectify the situation before the damage to them became permanent. And so for legal malpractice cases, I would say the most frequent legal malpractice cases that I see are the ones that I decide not to take.
