there are many uh probably the number
one challenge that litigants face in a
business divorce is coming out of the
litigation with a business it’s very
easy to uh to cut up and dissolve a
business and leave uh everyone with uh
maybe a few dollars but no ongoing
business concern that’s really not the
best way what we try to do in a business
divorce is uh leave the business owners
in a position where they’re better off
than when they found us sometimes um
that’s we’re able to do that if we’re
not able to do that then um there are
occasions when in a business divorce the
best thing you can do is go to court and
win
