Fun case, interesting case, two brothers going at each other, partners in a business with lots of other entanglements, wound up taking four and a half years of litigation. Three lawsuits were filed. A fourth lawsuit was threatened to bring in the parents. They had fisticuffs between the brothers along the way, fighting over personal property that at the end of the day was not worth that much. But I was able to, through that whole time, stay the course, get my guy separated from his brother. My guy’s happy as a clam right now. He has his business back, and he doesn’t have his brother weighing him down, happy ending from our side. I’m not so sure about the other side.
