I think it would be smart to not take steps. If you have time, I would talk to a lawyer and get some advice before you actually form the business. That will help you make a decision. And I think if you’re taking about a divorce, it needs to be a Family Law attorney. It needs to be somebody other than the lawyer that will help you form the business.
