The most memorable assault type of case I’ve had in my career is one where there was a stabbing, more like a throat slashing, at a construction site between two construction workers that got in an argument. Where my client was charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault and was looking at close to 30 years in jail for the case. We were able to put up the case with a very basic self-defense style argument, and we were very successful with that. By far the most memorable assault case of my career.
