Asbestosis and mesothelioma have different latency periods. And what that means in a medical sense – I’m a lawyer, but what it means in a medical sense is diseases build up over the course of time and they don’t show up until much later. So people who are in the trades or people who have lung problems should seek treatment specifically for asbestosis. Many times people don’t want to. We have a little Minnesota nice in this state where people don’t want to sue their employers and they don’t want to bring the claim. But the benefits we discussed previously are so important to them and to their families, and it’s built into the system, and it’s really there to protect individuals and the system itself.
