I’ve probably participated in well over 100 maybe as many as 200 mediations and the courts always order us to mediate our lawsuits now. I think it’s a smart thing to do. And I’ve acted as both an advocate for my client at mediations and I’ve acted as a mediator many, many times. So I’ve had a lot of experience with alternative dispute resolution. Mostly mediations but some other forms as well.
