my most memorable case is very easy

because it had a lot of components i was

asked to come in for a small luxury

cruise line they were having a problem

with their potted propulsion system

it was failing

and it was failing on several of their

that is a huge expense for a cruise line

they had already had other council that

had filed suit against the manufacturers

of this system but it was clear that

that lawsuit was not going to succeed so

i had to step in

and with a big team we

turned the case around

then started having very meaningful

discussions with the manufacturer

and this was very important because the

there were multiple companies working
