ou can have an accommodation situation in a couple of different protected classes. We see it in disability discrimination if somebody has some sort of restriction, whether it’s a workplace injury, a life illness, and they need their physical space restructured, they need their hours restructured, they might even need a new job instead, or leave. We also see it in a pregnancy situation, you know, a woman may have a pregnancy related disability, for which she would need her space restructured, her hours, something of that nature. And then we also see it in religious contexts, and I’m seeing it more in gender identity situations as well.
